Portillo Malbec Rose
Pink wine has recently gained popularity, and it is typically rather dry. Because the pigment in red wines is obtained by allowing fermenting juice to come into touch with grape skins for an extended amount of time, a pink wine can be prepared with only a short duration of skin contact—typically a couple of days. Grape varietal and winemaking technique determine the final hue, which can range from deep magenta to pale salmon.
